Payments and Cancellation Terms

Stays and caution must be paid at the reservation.

Cancellation policy:

  • cancellation with at least 30 days notice: no penalty
  • 25% from 30 to 16 days before the arrival 
  • 60% from 15 to 7 days before the arrival 
  • no refunds for cancellations 6 days before the arrival 
  • It is requested a caution money of 300 euros. ( returned the day after of the departure by bank transfer)

Details

 

Security Deposit: A €300 deposit is required at reservation and will be refunded by bank transfer the day after departure

Cleaning and Sanitization: A strict cleaning and sanitization protocol is followed to ensure optimal cleanliness of all spaces.

Laundry Area: Equipped with a washer, dryer, and ironing supplies. Available for exclusive use three half-days per week.

Outdoor Amenities:

  • Outdoor furniture and equipment
  • Hot outdoor shower

Fully Furnished: Each house includes:

  • Wi-Fi
  • Satellite TV
  • Sheets and bath towels
  • Air conditioning
  • Reserved parking

 

Adults Only: These houses are designed for adults only; pets are not allowed.

Check-in:

 

-Self Check-in: available at any time, free of charge.

-Assisted check-in: from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with an additional cost of €20.

 

Check-out:

-Check-out is at 10:00 o'clock

-Late check-out: till 16.00.  If possible and on request: Cost 50 euros

Touristic Tax

-The municipality of Tertenia requires a tourist tax of 1.5 euros/day per person and for a maximum of 7 nights.

-The tax must be paid in the balance of the total before arriving at the property.

 

 

 

 

Rules of conduct


  • At the arrival, the guests are kindly requested to fill the form with the personal data necessary for the local laws fulfillments. The data can be sent also by email  before the arrival, please use the contact form.
  • A standard touristic contract must be signed at the arrival
  • Silent time from 22.30 to 09.00 am. From 14 to 17 pm. 
  • The garden chairs not to be used in  the grass. The ground is to soft and can not sustain their weight. 
  •  Barbeque is not allowed.
  • Car whashing is not allowed in the parking area

Rubbish management:

Please separate waste accordingly and take it to the designated disposal area located approximately 4 km from the houses.

Upon request, we can handle waste disposal for you at a rate of €15 per collection.
